When you’re struggling to relive stress, pain, or discomfort on your own, Naomi is known for creating highly personalized treatment experiences that blend therapeutic expertise with genuine human connection. Her calm, intuitive approach helps clients feel comfortable, cared for, and understood, while her attention to detail allows her to identify patterns of tension, movement, and stress that may be contributing to discomfort. She creates an experience that is thoughtful, effective, and uniquely tailored to each individual.

Blending relaxation and therapeutic techniques, Naomi approaches bodywork holistically by calming the nervous system, fascia, and muscular tension, while attending to long-term compensation patterns within the body. Her sessions often incorporate hot towels, hot stones, cupping, heated bamboo, gentle stretching, myofascial techniques, heated scraping tools, and other restorative modalities that help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve deeper relaxation. She is especially skilled at helping clients reduce stress and feel more connected to their bodies while offering supportive techniques to help manage pain and tension beyond the treatment room.

As a licensed massage therapist and trained in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute (CST1), Naomi continually expands her knowledge of how the nervous system, fascia, muscles, and movement patterns work together to influence overall wellbeing. Clients frequently describe leaving Naomi’s sessions feeling lighter, looser, deeply relaxed, and sometimes as though they are “floating.” She is especially passionate about supporting prenatal clients, individuals navigating chronic stress or tension, and those who benefit from a more compassionate, attentive style of care that prioritizes both comfort and results.

Outside of BelloZero, Naomi enjoys foraging, hiking, fiber arts, reading, bicycling, and weightlifting with her husband, along with spending time outdoors with their leash-trained cats.
