Drawing from a diverse range of modalities, Tammy blends traditional Swedish massage with influences from Lomi Lomi and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, while incorporating techniques such as myofascial cupping and gua sha when appropriate. A lifelong learner, she regularly pursues continuing education to expand her knowledge and refine her skills, carefully integrating the techniques that best support her clients' outcomes.

Tammy approaches the body as an interconnected system, understanding that the source of discomfort is often different from where pain presents itself.
